Should be REGISTERED, please be Registered as the distributor before carry out Any order Online. Fill all the spaces of the registration: Name, telephone, address, City, state ,Country, Zip Code, and Email Address.

For U.S. Orders , Puerto Rico and Canada we ship trough : Fedex and Usps.
For International Shipments:
Usps: Japon and Europe.
Box Express: Mexico, Venezuela,Ecuador,Guatemala,Hosduras,Salvador.
Trans express: Republica Dominicana, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru y Panama

3- COST OF THE SHIPMENT: It depends on the weight and volume of the box. On our page WWW.MODALATINAALPORMAYOR.COM You can do your order online; the system will give you the estimate for the shipment.

4- TAXES AND DUTIES: We don't charge tax to the wholesale Orders .You must provide the Tax id number for the exception. Slimming Control distributors don't assume expenses for return merchandise, or Any Duties charging from you customs country clearance .

5-MINIMUM ORDER: $400 Usd You can mix and match all our products , sizes and colors.

6-All products are in stock are shipped within 24 hours .
If the item is not in stock we will ship within 10 business days or you can select another product to replace it. If the item is discontinued and you don't want replace it, you will be given a credit for the next order or we return money to your card.

7- Exchange returns and refunds:

*We don't return money.
*We don't exchage liquidations package and promotional items.

Important : To ensure that the garments returned are accepted by our department of changes, these must be clean and have all the labels , original packaging and in perfect condition.

- Do not accept returns on garments like : underwear,swimwear, Bodies Reducers,and shapewear. In the other garments not included in this regulation returns will be accepted.

- Defect of Factory: The products are guaranteed by any manufacturing defect for a period of 15 days from the receipt of the same, so they must accompany the garment a copy of the invoice and if necessary a brief description of the reason for the return.

Note: We don't offer money back.
Slimming control distributors will be generate a credit in your account and will be apply to a new order, you may can use credit within 60 days of the purchase, and you will pay for the shipment return.

When you place an order online and the product is out of stock and you don't want to replace for other item, we will contact you to coordinate the full refund to your credit card.

8- We are looking for distributors in your area. Please contact as if you are interesting in catalogue sales, large orders or Distributed Price. (Discount is available for large orders.)

In order to accept a return, all merchandise must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and have all its original labels, and be accompanied by its respective invoice.

· Intimate products such as but not limited to underwea
r, bodies, bodies blouse, slimming bodies, bras, girdles and adhesive bras cannot be returned or exchanged.

· FACTORY DEFAULT. One talks about damaged zippers, and/or defects in sewing, or soles and heels for the footwear.

Moda de Colombia is committed in first instance to exchange the damaged product by the same one if it is in stock, otherwise by a different style and if there are no more styles in stock, we will gladly exchange it for another type of product. Finally a store credit will be given to the client for their next purchase. We do not offer monetary refunds, credit card refunds, or any type of financial refunds.

Note: If the damage is by buttons that is sent to repair, this can take up to 5 business days.

Customers have a term of 15 days for defective product claims, after receiving the merchandise.

RETURNS. The customer can return 15 days after the delivery of the merchandise.

Note: In this period of time the client may return for exchange for other references, sizes, colors or type of product (except new collections)
